1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jetaa7", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the jetaa7 platform, accessible at https://jetaa7.vip, and the operating entity responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jetaa7 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal user account created by a player upon successful registration on jetaa7.
• "Platform" — refers collectively to the jetaa7 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing.
• "BDT" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all financial transactions on jetaa7 are conducted.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit credit awarded to a player by jetaa7 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the multiplier applied to a bonus amount that must be staked through qualifying games before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Balance" — refers to funds deposited by a player using their own money, as distinct from Bonus Funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jetaa7 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the jetaa7 platform and must not create or continue to maintain an account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jetaa7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility & Registration

The jetaa7 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jetaa7 operates as a strictly 18+ platform. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal, recreational use.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jetaa7, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jetaa7 platform or had an account permanently suspended for breach of these terms.

Each player may hold only one active account on jetaa7 at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. jetaa7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity at any time and to suspend account activity pending satisfactory verification. Documents typically accepted include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jetaa7 account credentials, including your username and password. jetaa7 will never contact you to ask for your password under any circumstances. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the jetaa7 support team immediately at [email protected].

jetaa7 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights arising from it to any third party. Winnings, bonus funds, and account balances have no cash value outside of the withdrawal process described in these terms and may not be transferred between accounts.

jetaa7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• The player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
• A valid self-exclusion or cooling-off request has been submitted by the account holder.
• jetaa7 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jetaa7 will notify the affected player via their registered contact details. Real Balance funds held in a suspended account will be safeguarded during any investigation period and returned to the player if the account is cleared of wrongdoing.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jetaa7 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and domestic bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the account cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's jetaa7 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. jetaa7 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jetaa7 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the player's identity, address, and ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The player's account must be fully verified before any withdrawal exceeding the standard threshold is processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met in full before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• jetaa7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that follow irregular account activity patterns.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal at jetaa7's discretion.

jetaa7 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jetaa7's control and are the player's responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jetaa7 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer only.

Standard bonus conditions applicable to all jetaa7 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered through the required number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each offer page.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per player account at a time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Players who show patterns consistent with bonus exploitation — including rapid withdrawal following bonus wagering without meaningful recreational play — may have their bonus eligibility restricted.
• jetaa7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not adversely affect the wagering progress already recorded against an active bonus.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jetaa7 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — sports betting, casino slots, live dealer tables, or specialty games. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game or market you are participating in.

With respect to sports betting, the following general conditions apply:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds recorded at confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• jetaa7 reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the relevant event has been cancelled or abandoned, or where evidence of match manipulation is present.
• In-play betting markets are updated in real time. jetaa7 cannot guarantee the continued availability of any in-play market and reserves the right to suspend markets without notice where live data feeds are unavailable or unreliable.
• Results for cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series — will be settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).

With respect to casino and live dealer games:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jetaa7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one jetaa7 account, whether under your own identity or another person's details.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration, verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds. Using chargebacks or payment disputes as a mechanism to extract funds from the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or systematic strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other competitive game format.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on events where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, the manipulation of the outcome.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jetaa7 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other visual or written elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jetaa7 or is used under licence from the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jetaa7 platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jetaa7 platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any jetaa7 content or software.
• Use any jetaa7 brand assets, trademarks, logos, or trade names without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jetaa7 platform.

Any unauthorised use of jetaa7 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetaa7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, maintenance downtime, or platform unavailability.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game data, odds, or results caused by third-party data providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

jetaa7 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jetaa7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jetaa7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

jetaa7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on jetaa7, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during the account registration, verification, and payment process is used exclusively for the purposes of operating the jetaa7 platform, verifying player identity, processing transactions, preventing fraud, and communicating with players regarding their accounts and promotions. jetaa7 does not sell personal data to third parties.

13 Amendments to Terms

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jetaa7 operates as an online platform and acknowledges that players access its services from Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jetaa7 platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a player and jetaa7 that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
